Refund policy

14-Day Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from VasToyStore. You have 14 days after receiving your order to tell us that you would like to return it.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Return eligibility

To help us process your return, please return the item in the same condition in which you received it, with all included pieces, instructions and packaging where possible. You will also need your order details or other proof of purchase.

Free returns

We offer free returns on eligible orders. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for returning your order at no return postage cost to you.

Damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or any pieces are missing, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, replacement pieces or a refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Change-of-mind returns

For eligible online purchases, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.

You may inspect the item as you would reasonably be able to in a shop. We may make an appropriate deduction from the refund if the value of the item has been reduced because it has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Exceptions

Certain items may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights where the law permits, including personalised or custom-made products and certain sealed goods where applicable. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Sale items

Sale items have the same statutory return and refund rights as full-price items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know when your refund has been processed.

Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method. Where required, we will also refund the standard delivery charge you originally paid. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, any amount above the standard delivery cost may not be refundable.

Refunds will be made within the applicable legal time limits, although your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
